All three tiers include uptime guarantees (99.5% to 99.95% depending on tier), response-time guarantees for incidents, a monthly improvement release cadence, monthly reporting, and a named point of contact. Yes, you can move up or down with 30 days' notice. Most clients start on Essential and move to Business once the platform is core to their operations.
