Build & Run

We build your internal platforms and tools — and we keep running them under SLA. When you're ready, we transfer ownership to your team. No exit fees.

Built & Operated Under SLA from day one
Compliance-ready SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA aligned
Transfer option Included in every contract

You run engineering, operations, or product at a 200–2,000 person company. You have a known broken internal workflow — vendor onboarding, claims processing, partner reconciliation, customer-success tooling. You don't have engineering bandwidth to fix it yourself. IT is overloaded.

You don't need a project-based vendor who hands you a codebase and disappears. You need a partner who builds it, runs it, improves it — and lets you internalize it when the time is right.

Phase 1

Build

We design and ship the platform in 8–14 weeks. AI-native architecture, compliance-ready logging, audit trails built in.

Phase 2

Run

We operate it for you under SLA. Defined uptime guarantees. Defined response times. Defined improvement velocity. Monthly reports.

Phase 3 (optional)

Transfer

When you're ready to internalize, we hand over the codebase, documentation, runbooks — and optionally help recruit the in-house team. No exit fees. 60 days' notice.

  • A working internal platform — fully integrated with your existing systems.
  • A defined SLA — uptime, response time, monthly improvement cadence.
  • Compliance-ready foundations — audit trails, RBAC, encryption at rest and in transit.
  • AI-native automation where it actually saves time — not AI for AI's sake.
  • A clear transfer path — your team can take ownership at any point.

  • Vendor workflow automation for a logistics company — 60% faster onboarding, full audit trail, operated under SLA.
  • Internal reconciliation platforms for fintech operators — real-time matching, exception workflows, compliance logging.
  • AI-driven claims and ticket triage for healthcare ops teams — reduced manual review time by over 70%, compliance-ready from day one.

Build & Run engagements have two components, both fixed and predictable.

Build Phase — Fixed Fee

Build Phase

$65,000 – $100,000 8–14 weeks

Fixed-fee, scoped in the first working session. Includes architecture, full build, security review, production deployment, and handover documentation.

Best for established enterprise operators who need a production platform built and run by experts before transferring to an in-house team.

Run Phase — Monthly Retainer Tiers

Essential SLA $4,000 per month

Business-hours support. Monthly improvement cadence. Basic monitoring and incident response. Best for stable internal tools with predictable usage.

Critical SLA $14,000 per month

24/7 incident response. Weekly improvement releases. Dedicated ops engineer. Best for revenue-critical or compliance-critical systems.

The Transfer clause is included in every contract — you can internalize at any point with 60 days' notice, and we'll help recruit your in-house team. No exit fees. No lock-in.

Capacity note: We run a small number of Build & Run engagements at a time so the SLA is real, not theoretical. If our calendar is full, we'll tell you in the first call.

How is Build & Run different from the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model offshore agencies offer?

Traditional BOT engagements are about setting up an offshore development center — typically $200,000+ contracts that take 12–18 months to deliver and another 12–24 months to transfer. Build & Run is a managed product service: we build a specific platform, run it under SLA, and let you take it over whenever you want. Smaller contracts, faster delivery, no offshore subsidiary to dissolve.

What's included in the SLA?

All three tiers include uptime guarantees (99.5% to 99.95% depending on tier), response-time guarantees for incidents, a monthly improvement release cadence, monthly reporting, and a named point of contact. The exact uptime and response numbers are in your contract — we don't hide them in fine print.

Can we change SLA tiers later?

Yes, you can move up or down with 30 days' notice. Most clients start on Essential and move to Business once the platform is core to their operations.

What does the Transfer actually involve?

Full handover of source code, infrastructure access, deployment runbooks, on-call documentation, and architectural decision records. We optionally help screen and interview your in-house hires. The Transfer itself takes 4–8 weeks depending on platform complexity.
