Custom Influencer Marketing OS for a DTC Brand on TikTok Shop

A US-based marketing agency running influencer campaigns for a Direct-to-Consumer brand came to us with a single mandate. Stop paying for five overlapping SaaS tools. Build one custom operating system, own the source code, own the data, own the workflow logic. Twelve weeks later, they were running end-to-end campaigns on their own platform, with $1M+ in incremental ARR unlocked inside the first year.

01 · Context

The Brief

The agency was running influencer campaigns across a fragmented SaaS stack. Modash and HypeAuditor for discovery. GRIN and CreatorIQ for CRM and campaign management. Notion and Airtable for pipeline. Stripe for payments.

Annual tool stack cost between $36,000 and $60,000. Two full days per week lost to reporting alone. No line-item attribution from creator posts to actual GMV. Data locked inside vendor schemas with no ownership and no leverage.

Most vendors they spoke to scoped this as a set of integrations glued together on top of the existing SaaS stack. We scoped it as one owned platform that replaces the stack.

02 · Decision

Why They Chose Solprime

Three reasons.

Reason 01

Ownership-first thinking, not rental-first.

Every other proposal added another tool on top of the existing stack. Ours removed the stack. Source code, database, and workflow logic all transferred to the client at go-live.

Reason 02

They needed AI-native agents from day one.

Not AI as a premium add-on module priced separately. AI outreach and reporting agents built into the core workflow, running from launch.

Reason 03

Fixed fee, 12 weeks, founders on the call.

No hourly billing. No account management layer. Senior pod embedded with the agency from Week 1 to Week 12.

03 · Delivery

What We Built

A five-layer influencer marketing operating system.

Layer 01 · Creator Intelligence

Proprietary creator database, 2 to 3 million profiles

Indexed for AI search across content, audience demographics, and shop performance. Refreshed weekly. Pre-filtered against brand-fit criteria before creators surface in outreach.

Layer 02 · TikTok Shop Integration

Native, real-time, line-item attribution

Post tracking synced to TikTok Shop GMV without spreadsheets. Every dollar of revenue attributed back to the creator, the campaign, and the product at line-item level.

Layer 03 · Sample and Deal Workflow

From offer to doorstep, tracked end to end

Deal signing with e-signatures. Sample fulfillment tracked from warehouse to creator delivery. Milestones and payments handled inside the platform.

Layer 04 · AI Agents

Two agents, default included

Outreach Agent handles personalized first-touch and negotiations at scale. Reporting Agent auto-generates weekly campaign reports and end-of-campaign summaries. Both use the client’s own data and voice.

Layer 05 · Multi-Currency Payments

One system, global creators

Multi-currency payouts, tax forms, milestone tracking, and reconciliation. Built to replace Stripe plus manual spreadsheets.

04 · Technology

The Stack

Frontend (agency console)

Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind

Backend

Node.js, TypeScript, Fastify

Data

PostgreSQL, Redis, vector database for creator search

AI

LLM orchestration, embeddings, evaluations

Commerce

TikTok Shop API, Shopify API

Payments

Multi-currency payment rails, tax and compliance

Infra

AWS, Docker, CI/CD, observability

05 · Execution

How the 12 Weeks Looked

Twelve weeks, kickoff to production. The agency saw working software at the end of every week, not slides.

Week 1

Scoping session, workflow mapping, fixed-fee lock

Weeks 2 to 3

Creator database ingestion, indexing, AI search primitives

Weeks 4 to 5

Agency console, discovery and shortlisting flow

Weeks 6 to 7

TikTok Shop integration, post tracking, GMV attribution

Weeks 8 to 9

Sample and deal workflow, e-signatures, milestones

Week 10

AI Outreach Agent and Reporting Agent

Week 11

Multi-currency payments, tax forms, reconciliation

Week 12

Production deployment, team training, source code transfer

06 · Results

The Outcomes

Numbers from the first year of live operation.

$1M+

Incremental ARR unlocked for the brand within 12 months of go-live.

1 quarter

Payback period on the build cost. The platform recovered its cost within one quarter of going live.

~80%

Reduction in outreach time per campaign, with the Outreach Agent handling first-touch and negotiations at scale.

~10 hrs/wk

Saved per account manager on reporting, with weekly campaign reports auto-generated by the Reporting Agent.

100%

Data ownership, source code, database, and workflow logic transferred at launch.

5 → 1

Five SaaS tools replaced with one owned system.

07 · Implications

Why This Matters

Agency workflows are the agency’s competitive intelligence. When they live inside rented SaaS, the leverage sits with the vendor. When they live inside owned code, the leverage returns to the agency.

This build recovered its cost in one quarter and now compounds with every additional campaign, every additional creator, every additional brand added to the agency’s roster.
